Wen-Chih has over 20 years’ experience that ranges from working with non-profits and large corporations in the U.S. and Asia to develop and refine their fundraising, partnership, and community investment strategies, to serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer implementing public health and community development projects at the grassroots level. Wen-Chih holds MBA and MPH degrees from Johns Hopkins University. Previously with KPMG, Wen-Chih provided a variety of grant monitoring and consulting services for large foundations, multi-national aid organizations, and corporate clients. She helped advise grantmakers on evaluating compliance with international regulations, and grantees’ organizational structure, financial systems, governance, and programmatic capacity. As Director of SVCF’s corporate responsibility team, Wen-Chih supported a portfolio of corporate clients through CSR strategy development, grantmaking, and customized consulting services. She also drove the team's work in international corporate responsibility and disaster preparation and response. At Bridge Consultancy, Wen-Chih offered customized advisory services to companies, nonprofits, and private foundations who could use an extra hand in developing, implementing, and/or maintaining robust corporate responsibility and grantmaking programs. Currently, Wen-Chih is Executive Director of PayPal Giving Fund Canada, a Canadian registered charity. PPGF provides a donation platform that enables charitable giving online, by partnering with leading tech companies such as PayPal, Facebook and GoFundMe – all without charging donors or charities for our services.
