I have picked up several job post in the past years ever since I graduated from my secondary school days, I have taken up data entry post in the bank sector (UOB), F&B post where I get to portray customer service skills through food serving. I stayed in F&B job for a period of time till I move on to my internship as a contact centre agent. This lasted for 6 months and I decided to pursue it as a full time job since I was given an opportunity to. At the meantime, I applied to study for a degree so that I can pick up more knowledge but at the same time skills from my work. I decided to work full time and studied part time reason being to be able to support myself financially. I am well organised when i am doing my work so that i can prioritise what should be completed first and always submit my work before the deadline. Also it would not be too messy for me to focus.
