In addition, I serve as Managing Director of Zurich Service GmbH, driving daily business, change and transformation initiatives with a focus on customer service, contract management, and claims handling. I share responsibility for a team of 200+ professionals, with a strong emphasis on customer and broker experience, operational excellence, organizational development, and innovation through automation & digitalization. Previously, I acted as General Counsel at Zurich Austria, overseeing all legal matters and reporting directly to the CEO. I also led the Compliance function for six years. All in all I have +12 years of professional experience – including over +8 years in leadership roles – my expertise spans insurance, regulatory, corporate, IT, and contract law. Before joining Zurich, I worked with several renowned law firms advising clients in the insurance, banking, pharma & life sciences, and environmental sectors. My legal focus included regulatory law, data protection, compliance, corporate law (including M&A), and related areas. I completed the Austrian Bar Exam during this time.
