As an educator, corporate trainer, and customer success leader, I have worked with educators, administrators, and executive teams to develop and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes. A key part of my career has been working with emerging EdTech startups and established companies to navigate the U.S. and international markets. In 2019, I worked closely with the CEO of an early-stage startup to launch and scale the first AI-enabled robot tutor, placing them into K-5 schools across the U.S. This experience deepened my knowledge of large language models and machine learning—years before the AI boom of 2022. Today, I leverage AI daily to enhance sales initiatives, optimize customer engagement, and educate others on the transformative role of AI in education.
