- Responsible for the onboarding, training, and management of new customer service representatives during their first two months in Banker Connection - Facilitate classroom training sessions and daily huddle meetings both in person and virtually - Develop new training materials for new hires and upskillers that are used at all banker connection sites - Provide one on one coaching to new representatives to optimize their performance and enable them to meet production floor metrics
