Highlights of My Achievements: Project Management: Successfully launched over 30 autonomous driving hardware and software projects in the agriculture industry, covering ECU, electric steering wheels, Android development, and auto-pilot algorithms. Led over 20 automotive part development projects, including transmissions, brake discs/pads, batteries, filters, shock absorbers, windshields, and spark plugs. The maximum contract value handled was ¥3 million (RMB). Overseas Business Development: Over 3 years of experience as the primary contact for overseas business, generating $5.3 million (USD) in revenue. Responsibilities included refining contracts, providing quotes, collecting payments, and managing shipments. Recognized for Excellence: Awarded the Top Achiever Performance Rating twice at Ford and the Excellence in Management Award at UniStrong. Team Management: Managed a project management team of 3 direct reports, overseeing performance, project delivery, and team growth.
1. Managed Android software projects for GNSS-based autonomous driving with Agile/Scrum, overseeing full lifecycle from requirements to delivery. 2. Hosted daily stand-ups, assigned tasks, and removed blockers via JIRA/Confluence. 3. Quantified risks, guaranteed 0 downtime / data loss in migrations. 4. Led hardware development (including ECU/motor systems) from prototyping to mass production. 5. Drove overseas operations end-to-end: contract negotiation, payment reconciliation, and logistics. 6. Developed product development guidelines and establish KPIs for the Project Management Department. Supervised a team of 3 direct reports, serving as the lead of the PM Department.

1. Led end-to-end development of automotive parts projects, from kickoff through supplier selection, engineering design/testing, to PPAP sign-off and delivery. 2. Facilitated weekly meetings to monitor progress and ensure communication between internal teams and suppliers. 3. Proficient in Ford's Global Product Development System (GPDS). 5. Supported ESOW, APQP, FMEA, and IMDS submissions. 6. 1. Identified root causes and implemented solutions for assembly/design defects using tools like 6-PANEL and 8D. Addressed issues including fit & finish, water leaks, and noise. 2. Implemented interim and permanent containment actions to resolve quality issues. 3. Executed design changes using CATIA V5 and supported tooling/fixture design. 4. Experienced in the entire vehicle manufacturing process, from BIW welding and assembly, painting, airtightness testing, to assembly, quality inspection, road, and water-leak testing.
