As the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations, Wolfgang is leading the global marketing operations to drive transformative marketing initiatives across all business units (BU) at Pall Corporation. Wolfgang is accountable for the lead management program, and responsible for strengthening the process muscle for sales automation and sales effectiveness. He will make sure to align sales and marketing operations, and establish & promote a culture of collaboration and partnership. Wolfgang is responsible for a team of lead qualification specialists (LQS) who will focus on delivering curated leads to the sales organization. Moreover, Wolfgang helps establishing best in class tools and process to optimize collaboration and communication between central marketing and BU functional units and effectively influence sales funnel velocity, inside sales, request for quote (RFQ) process and funnel conversions. Beside of the Marketing Operations Responsibility Wolfgang is the Lead Champion for Danaher’s annual engagement cycle, where he drives the initiative from getting highest possible response rate from Pall’s associates, through development of the action plans for each people leader and regular review of them.

Regional activities: Develop and execute marketing activities in Austria, Germany, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Turkey that leads to the growth in drug specifications, new product vitality, exceeds our Annual Operation Planning (AOP) and aligns with the global strategic plan. This is achieved by the development and execution/ implementation of tactical marketing plans and activity that generate marketing qualified leads (MQL) for the regional sales organization and that also help progress leads through the sales funnel. EMEA: Develop, manage and lead an integrated lead management process to support effective campaign deployment and maximize return on investment. As part of Marketing Operations this role will utilize the Danaher Business System to leverage and enhance marketing processes, technology, data and analytics. The role reinforces global strategy development and marketing tactics by optimizing lead generation, integrating marketing and sales funnels and driving efficiencies in marketing to bring Pall’s strengths to bioprocessing.

Since 2012 I'm Marketing Manager responsible for Austria and Turkey. In September 2014, on top of my responsibilities i was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager for Russia. The main purpose of the role is to accelerate our business growth and development in these territories by the development and execution/ implementation of marketing plans that generate leads for the local sales organization / agents and facilitate the rapid integration of the local organization into the regional biopharmaceuticals landscape.
I'm working specificly for the BioPharm Division @ Pall Corp, with primary focus on Austria and Turkey. Beside of that i'm responsible for the European Filter Housing Initiative and European PASS (Pall Advanced Seperation Systems) marketing support.
