- Currently lead two cross-functional squads across core modules within an end-to-end HR system, working on Payroll, Expense, Recruitment and many related workflows. - Took ownership of PH Payroll (supporting market expansion) and led the Expense module revamp to improve operational workflows and commercial readiness. - Delivered 25+ major features (including 0 to 1 initiatives) and enhancements in 2025 alone, alongside continuous iteration across integrations, automation, and payroll processes.
