A) Main Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. • Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements. • Liaise with an offshore development team to deliver scheduled releases. • Identify and report software defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as needed. • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Write training document for software product. B) Testing Methods / Procedure: • To test on all the possible scenario for new release on current system according to the requirement. This includes end to end flow from setting up the system in VM to testing of the system. • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools like POSTMAN, JMeter and Selenium • Tracking of software defects using Jira, training and product documentation using Confluence. • Project management using agile methodology.
• Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design for the new Customer care, billing system • Collaborated with business users to ensure business processes & requirements are met • Raise new request on behalf on user base on the users requirement to IT • Worked closely with business stakeholders to analyze problems and ensure all testing are completed and issues resolved on time • Document the test results and update manager • Managing Defects (Escalation, Follow up closely till its resolved ) • Provide training and guide junior testers
• Drive UAT coordination including pre-UAT activities, create test plans and test cases for large scale projects and SingTel online shop. • Involve in Iphone new model appointment booking • Planned and forecast the required testing efforts and resources. • Collaborated with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and IT for new price plans and services launch in fast-pace online sales environment. • Worked closely with local and offshore programmers and testers to resolve application errors and system bugs. • Provided training to offshore testing team
• Analyze and understand user requirements on order processing capabilities in system • Develop test scripts and scenarios based on new enhancement in system • Perform User Acceptance Testing • Maintain record of all testing results • Ensure assigned task are completed on time to meet deadline • Develop user guide and training materials • Provide support for big scale projects and end to end testing • Provided training to offshore team
