- Overseeing daily operations of Singapore as a regional office in Asia Pacific - Managing Malaysia local office - Acting sales manager for 1.5 years
- Managing transport operations at a regional level for 16 countries in Asia Pacific. This includes Regional Operations, Singapore Operations, Planning for Singapore and Malaysia office, plus 14 overseas agency network in AP. - Providing customer service, handling shipping documentation, and solving claims issues as part of the daily operations.
- Overseeing the team in handling customer calls, daily operations on land and sea transportation. - Arranging daily payment to vendors, and billing to customers
