None of this would have been possible without respectful, caring, humorous and supportive people. Engaging with people is what drives me. To understand where others are coming from, what drives them and how they can be supported on their way to achieve small and big goals. Putting things into context and anticipating future challenges helps me leading by objectives. This empowers others to contribute to the full extend of their abilities. Building bridges and fostering a collaborative environment is a prerequisite to success. Getting things done is what makes me smile and others trust me.
