Responsibilities: • Administrator for Unify Dialing system. Configure Calling campaigns and OVMs for national clients on a weekly, monthly, or one-time basis. Import/Export Data and configure reports for the campaigns. Including creating stored procedures for automation of reports on a regular basis. • Help with after-hours technical support for call centers and corporate offices. • Bread/fix troubleshooting company wide. • Troubleshoot HTS linux-based dialing system issues. • Some light duties in the AS-400 system. • Relocation and troubleshooting of telecommunications (phones, extensions, etc.) Including toning out and punching in on system of over 500 lines.
Managed the POS and Office Machines Service Department, with a staff of 5 others to provide service for hundreds of clients throughout South Arkansas and North Louisiana. Worked with salesman, Sonny Young, to generate sales leads and close sales.
