Developed IT Security and Life-cycle policy requirements documentation based on NIST. Conducted rewrites of existing policies for coordination among senior management for implementation.
Working with the Marine Corps G6 to assist the Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) in implementing network security policies and maintaining DIACAP packages for the Marine Corps University and Grey Research Center.
Serve as part of the Air National Guard IT Integration Office advising over 20 program offices on IT compliance with federal and DOD regulation for the Personnel, Civil Engineering, and Safety communities. Assist both the directorates and Program Managers with developing and integrating IT requirements processes, budget reporting, and fielding schedules. Assist PM's with development of IT security documentation and network approval. Assist Program Management Offices with development of Business Case Analysis (BCA), Sole Source Justification (Form 9), and alternative analysis documentation.
