I’m a former founder and CEO with two prior exits and more than 20 years of experience across capital markets, M&A and technology. I co-founded Beonic Limited (ASX:BEO) in 2012 and served as CEO from 2012 to 2023. Beonic is a global SaaS data analytics platform serving airports and retailers and is publicly traded on the Australian Securities Exchange. Prior to Beonic, I co-founded and later sold Amity Media, an out-of-home media business in Australia. I have led a company through a successful IPO and have extensive experience in M&A, capital raising and scaling technology businesses. I’m currently Chairman and co-founder of NURA (nurasecurity.com), a US-based AI security company, and a Board Director at Centaris (centaris.com), a US mid-market managed services provider. I also advise SafeWeb, (now part of SafeState), an EU focussed Cyber Security firm and Longshore Capital, a US mid-market private equity firm on acquisitions and go-to-market strategy. Outside of work, I’m a keen endurance athlete. Over the past 25 years, I’ve completed 14 marathons and four ultramarathons, swum the English Channel and paddled a kayak 86 miles across Lake Michigan. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Economics and am a graduate of Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

I currently Advise International GTM for SafeWeb's International growth across the UAE, KSA, India, APAC and Americas markets, focussed on enabling partnerships with regional Telcos, MSP's, ISP's, UCaaS providers and IT services organizations. SafeWeb is a Dark Web Monitoring, Incident Response, Privacy Toolkit and Phishing Simulator solution designed for SMBs. Inexpensive and easy to implement, the SafeWeb solution monitors the Dark Web for breaches in company data such as passwords, emails, or credit card details. We provide immediate breach notifications and incident response guidance and support in the event of a data breach. A UK headquartered company, SafeWeb is built for scale and currently supports over 70,000 SMBs globally.
I support the evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities by providing input and insights into target businesses, markets, and financials.
