Wayne joined DXC (previously EDS and Hewlett Packard) in April 1995 as an Infrastructure Specialist for the client support office for Public Works Government Services Canada. Since November 2006 he has worked as a Technical Consultant in the Engineering Organization with DXC. His role consists of systems evaluation, document creation and implementation of technical deliverables. He has worked with groups across countries and across different organizations. Wayne is an exceptional employee that has demonstrated multiple times his ability to lead teams of diverse skill sets, troubleshoot difficult issues, represent DXC to end clients (from technical to senior management), maintain a complex operational environment, and plan for future enhancements. Wayne has knowledge and experience in engineering and architecture of Client Virtualization Services (CVS) solutions and SAN/BUR solutions. He has the experience in maintaining and creating QMS project documentation. Wayne has exceptional knowledge of Client Virtualization which covers (Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, AppSense, HPDM, HP Thin Clients, VMware Horizon View, Windows 7 x64 builds and multiple end user applications.) Wayne is actively mentoring multiple staff members of different experience levels on Citrix technologies, company processes, troubleshooting skills and he is the technical lead for a staff of 20+ employees. Wayne is participates in the interview and hiring process for new employees. Wayne’s background is well rounded from Security, Networking, Servers, Windows OS Support and Implementation, SAN architecture and engineering, BUR architecture and engineering, IPTV technologies, Media streaming technologies, Linux, Consulting and Facilitation, Engineering and Architecture within the DXC organization. Wayne is currently specialized in virtualization technologies with a focus on the Citrix suite of tools.
