Key responsibilities: • Work with clients to lose weight, gain weight, develop skills, get fit and self-defense • Motivate and challenge clients • Develop personalised training plans and the ability to track achievement against KPI • Provide nutritional advice & plans (Recipes and Diet) • Coach clients on how to achieve long term physical and mental goals • Feedback reports helping clients better understand achievements and areas to develop • Grow client base while retaining current customer base • Manage all elements of running a business
Key responsibilities: • Manage/develop accounts (Sainsbury, Waitrose, BP etc) to drive new opportunities, maximise sales and increase range/space • Lead ‘New Product Development’ launch across accounts and review efficiency • Develop new business through networking and trade show events • Manage ‘Profit & Loss’ and develop ‘Joint business Plan’ to maximise opportunities • Weekly/accurate forecasting to maintain the companies lean ‘Cost Of Goods’
• Manage and develop General Mills portfolio of brands including Nature Valley, Haagen Dazs, Old El Paso within High Street, Health & Travel accounts • Liaise and grow the relationship between General Mills and Boots, WH Smith Travel, WH Smith Retail, Super Drug along with other accounts • Deliver and maximise sales and gross profit across accounts • Evaluate promotional effectiveness to ensure the most efficient use of promotional expenditure while developing category review presentations to support the achievement of the sales budget • Align and provide business with accurate rolling monthly sales forecasts
• Provide leading insight and collaborate closely with retailers to help build long-term category partnerships • Build comprehensive category recommendations to optimise category sales for both retailers and Mondelēz • Work closely with both Customer Development Managers & National Account Managers to influence the Retailer’s, while growing Mondelēz share and quality of space • Develop Point Of Buying visions to drive category growth using key insight to reflect market trends and shopper missions • Work closely with Brand Marketing & Product Change Managers to deliver world-class in-store execution of New Product Development
● Manage and develop a portfolio of over 140 retail stores consisting of symbols, multiple sites, and Independents. ● Building strong relationships with retailers to deliver the Cadbury/ Kraft strategic agendas of key national account teams. ● Balance periodic priorities and full year KPI’s to deliver against targets on the share of space, range, NPD, distribution, visibility on/off-fixture, promotional execution & volume. ● Develop monthly ground planners to identify opportunities to help develop the different categories within the store. ● Daily/ Monthly stock and cash management along with financial tracking
