Manage and provide subject matter expert advice on the design, architecture, cost, and implementation plan of networking and unified communications related projects. • Lead in architecture, selection, design, and maintenance of all customer management network topologies, trouble ticketing, switch port bandwidth utilization, network/Wi-Fi monitoring, and firewall/VPN configuration management/versioning systems • Responsible for designing and deploying SDN and SD-WAN solutions • Provide thorough and complete network assessments for clients and inhouse infrastructure • Maintains knowledge of both data center and distributed technologies • On-call for all infrastructure support and incident resolution • Provide guidance and solutions to solve and report on any recurring issues within client and inhouse infrastructure • Support the Field network systems and terminal network equipment • Work with outsourced vendors on network operations requirements • Design, Configure, install, optimize, and support wireless networks • Assists with Incident, Change, and Capacity management as it relates to network infrastructure

• Review and revise any existing processes and procedures for Network Ops & Voice Ops • Identify/create new process, recognizes gaps within existing processes and partners with peers/support teams to close those gaps. • Design all technical troubleshooting procedures and knowledge-based articles utilized by operation engineers to resolve any operational outages • Collaborate with Enterprise Monitoring team to ensure proper alerts/incidents are being generated to reduce noise, decrease mean time to resolution (MTTR) and decrease missed alerts on outages. • Oversees Network, Voice and Open System’s workload and stays abreast of any major/ potential major issues that may require Command Center support or reporting to senior management. • Identify opportunities to automate operational workload and work with respective teams to implement changes to decrease MTTR of operations engineers • Attend Major incidents (P1 & P2) bridge calls that are Network and Voice impacted on a 24/7 • Meets with vendors to establish/maintain/improve relationships, escalation contact information and review any outages for areas to improve MTTR. • Facilitates the onboarding of new workload and cohesively partners with support groups to ensure a smooth transition new workload to operations. • Drive action items to implement Service Improvement based on ServiceNow dashboards • Support escalation matters from Ops Managers, Operational Engineers and Escalation Counterparts • Handles cases of management escalation and works to remediate these issues in a timely manner. • Coordinates team huddles and daily operations meetings to address ongoing outages and operational updates
