The Jazan IGCC is the world’s largest IGCC and ASU facility making 2100 MMSCFD syngas and 4 Gigawatts of power. - NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN PROJECT: Air Products has entered into an agreement with ACWA Power and NEOM for the development of a $8bl green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility sited in NEOM. This is based on renewable energy principles and the project will integrate over four gigawatts of renewable solar, wind and storage power. • Manage and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for 700+ positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, support onboarding and optimally complete internal as well as external entire lifecycle staffing process for Air Products and The JVs: C- Suite and Executive Roles, C&SU, Construction, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Corporate roles in HR, Finance, Supply Chain & Sales, Legal and IT without using the services of any executive search agency. • Collaborate with stakeholders & HRBPs to support and prepare manpower planning for existing and future needs and ensure staffing methods are followed as per our SLA. • Review incoming job requisitions to ensure completeness and appropriateness of the information provided, schedule intake calls with hiring managers for better understanding of the role’s requirements. • Work with TA team and Vendor department on contingent workforce process map, set KPIs and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high quality and mitigate risks. • Stimulate time to fill, interview to placement ratio and cost per hire. • Provide hiring metrics, reports and presentations to management as required. • Ensure to comply with the organization’s Center of Excellence staffing policies as well as procedures.
