• Execute batch opening and batch closure in MES and Batch Records, perform Reconciliation and closure of vision system, ensuring a Good Documentation Practice. • Monitor and execute production processes in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a clean room. • Quality control in the line as well as sampling the production line and sample registration in the system. • Train other personnel on the production process. • Execute production tasks in systems (QAD, MeasurLink, Antares Vision and MES) according to SOPs. • Responsible for troubleshooting in equipments, labelers and systems when necessary. • Support Engineering team in implementation of new batches.
• Lead and direct a team of 15 personnel with the quality, safety and daily production operations. • Oversee all tasks on the floor as they are carried out and provide assistance and troubleshooting where required. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure on time delivery of the production schedule. • Train and develop employees through group and 1:1 meeting and on floor technical training. Maintain training plan and ensure the team remains up to date with training documents. • Responsible for keeping all documentation up to date (KPIs, Safety, Training documents, Production targets, Quality) and provide daily briefing to the team with update information to ensure the targets and quality standards are met with customer requirements.
• Set up and operating equipment in a toothbrush production and packaging line. • Execute and monitor production process according to SOPs in a controlled room. • Train other personnel on the production process. • Quality responsibility and inspection during every performing step in production lines and ensuring that the quality standards are met with the customer requirements. • Execute jobs on SAP system, creating shipping labels for packed products.
