I am an ICT and business strategy professional, author and public speaker with extensive experience in the IT industry; ranging from various technical foci to management, ITSM, IT governance, digital analytics and strategic management and strategy execution. My current focus is on organisational cultural transformation; helping my clients understand their own organisations' cultures, and defining strategies for organisational success through developing effective interpersonal and team behaviours. I am passionate about workplace transformation, professional leadership and the power of technology.
