I lead the design and enablement of the Human Capital operating model at a Group level, ensuring alignment between business strategy and people execution across multiple divisions and geographies. My role focuses on translating strategic intent into practical, scalable people solutions that enable performance, growth, and organisational effectiveness. I provide strategic oversight of the Human Capital Business Partnering model, while ensuring effective integration with Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to deliver a cohesive and value-adding HC function.
I intentionally stepped back from full-time corporate employment to focus on family, personal growth, and selective advisory work. This period enabled me to broaden my perspective, deepen my engagement with business leaders and lay the foundation for my advisory and consulting practice.
