Commercial time sales My role is to generate new business from clients as well as managing my existing portfolio. Building relationships with clients is a crucial part of achieving my target. Assisting clients from the start (first contact) right through to where the production goes to air. Educating clients about the media industry is an integral part of this process. •Achievement of agreed upon monthly sales targets that contribute to the National Sales Target. This entails selling advertising time to both clients and agencies, as well as prospecting new business •Timeous negotiation of annual commitments •Have a thorough knowledge of Agency/Client portfolio and their respective brands and target markets •Develop strong working relationships with both Client and Agency •Ensure maximum revenue is achieved on my portfolio •Be proactive in initiating, conceptualizing and presenting proposals relevant to clients advertising objectives •Have a clear and thorough knowledge of e.tv programming, •Develop and carry out presentations to client/agency on an ongoing basis
•Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution •Prospecting for new clients and propose digital strategies. •Reviews all briefs from client and extract briefs from clients to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. •Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise. •Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.. •Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. •Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met. •Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. •Communicating the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. •Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. •Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client. •Reports to the Business development Manager and MD, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis •Servicing existing clients and canvassing for new prospects •Planning and execution of mobile strategies and marketing plans •Monthly forecasts and achieving sales targets •Building and maintaining relationships with clients
