This role involves overseeing key HR functions to ensure organizational efficiency and employee performance. Responsibilities include developing and improving HR policies, managing the HR budget, handling recruitment and job vacancies, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and providing weekly reports to the CEO. Additionally, it involves creating job descriptions, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing performance reviews to align employee goals with the company’s objectives. Developed and managed the organizational structure and HR policies & procedures, ensuring clear role definitions and adherence to legal and operational standards.
My responsibilities involve overseeing and managing key HR functions including developing HR strategies, designing organizational structures, setting salary scales, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role also includes supervising areas such as recruitment, training, payroll, medical insurance, employee housing, government compliance, and resettlement programs. The goal is to ensure the effective operation of all HR processes while aligning them with company objectives and fostering a positive, compliant work environment.
• Seize opportunities to sell the bank's products to customers and direct them to the source of receiving the required service. • Communicate with all employees in the branch and other branches in the bank while supporting departments. • Meet the needs of customers by ensuring a high quality of service within the limits of the powers granted •Attention to customer problems and inquiries regarding the bank's services and products. •Reinforcing customer relationships and interacting with their needs and requirements. • Explain information about the bank's policies and procedures for the product in question and facilitate its understanding of customers.
