Partner Manager, European Solutions Department: Contract Support: Support creation, management and maintenance of RE Partner Agreements. Work closely with the vertical market development and legal teams to ensure that new partners for RE value propositions have RE framework contracts in place. Highlight risks identified in commercial partners’ assessments. Input into the European pricing frameworks to enable Ricoh to achieve profitability across EMEA. Work towards standardisation of service level agreements within RE contracts. Partner Management: Develop a phased partner map that looks to ensure alliances are maximised and effective. Proactively work with the Global Solutions Consultants to form new partner relationships & enhance existing relationships, according to market need & technology trends. Monitor & manage the EMEA partner relationships, including business reviews, service reporting (monthly/quarterly), technology roadmaps & future strategy development. Partner Coordination: Manage the requests to Ricoh Quality Test Lab for testing (prioritisation of partner / customer & internal). Manage the Partner Technical and Commercial assessment process in line with business need and priority. Project Management: Manage vertical market value propositions through the concept to launch process. Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery to market on time of the value propositions and relevant materials.
Bid/Sales Support - Support account teams and sales leads in the pursuit of new business. Input into bid/tender response/proposals, contract schedules and create service definition/statement of works for EMEA service delivery. Solution Design & Technical Authority - Responsible for bringing together key components that input to the solution design and creation technical specification documentation outlining requirements and service solution. Cost and Risk – Work with finance and project teams in the creation of service business case controlling scope and the work of the solution design team in order to ensure an acceptable cost structure. Articulate the solution to key stakeholders (internal and external) clearly identifying benefits and risks. Integration – Work with and within a cross functional teams to develop seamless end to end solutions for customers. Influence – Represent the company at customer presentations, meetings and workshops to support and build the company’s reputation in the market place. Provide subject matter expertise in the design and deployment of MDS, BPO and ITO services delivered by Xerox. Business Development – Establish customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in Xerox, customer organization and partners. Act as a major influence in the customer choosing Xerox. Requirements and Design – Design innovative solutions to provide optimal service delivery and where required work with different specialists (including business units, partners and third parties) for design and implementation of required solution. Re-use of Knowledge - Share knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to Xerox knowledge providing feedback to service development and delivery teams to enable continuous improvement and learning from experience. Due Diligence - support or lead the due diligence phase of bid pursuit, contracting or transition to validate and revise the solution as necessary.
