Fighter pilot by experience and attitude. Very broad experience in aerospace. Managed a design team developing an ICBM; taught military flying in the air and the classroom. Oversee the modernization proposal inputs for the Sustainment Division (Tier II) of the F-22 Program. Establised a program to measurably improve the quality of the proposal inputs. Recent accomplishments: Certified Program Manager Level I and Green Belt.
Acting Senior Manager for the F-22 Sustainment Modernization Integration and Proposal Management IPT. This IPT provides management and integration for Modernization programs such as Increment 3.1 and Common Configuration. These programs represent billions of dollars in Lockheed Martin business.
Supervised team of 4 people. Team writes technical publications from operations manuals for high tech test equipment to sales brochures, military TOs, and interactive maintenance programs. Personally wrote software test procedures, specifications, hardware test procedures, FMECAs, FAA documentation for flight critical software, etc.
Write specifications for turbine engine test equipment, turbine engine cockpit instrumentation, and engine monitor and warning systems. Write and perform software test procedures. Supervise assigned personnel performing S/W test procedures. Develop company quality plans and procedures to qualify FAA flight critical S/W.
