CMC Medical Center is the most advanced healthcare facility built in Riyadh under consultancy of John Hopkins. I have enjoyed role there as being a part of this project from scratch. Extension of Time was claimed 2 times. Lead project team of 450+ as an Assistant Project Manager and Interim Project Manager.
SAMBA Bank Riyadh with 500+ employees had problem with chilled water system due to corrosion of main pipelines and we needed to complete running building within short time frame after the office hours. We came up with innovative solution of insulated plastic pipe and completed the project within time frame without hindering any office operation to the client’s utmost satisfaction.
I was assigned special project for structure supports for HVAC equipment. These steel structures to be built over four layers of process conveyers and delicate process equipment already installed over which we needed to construct heavy steel structure of around 24 ft. high. Together with team, we managed to complete this tough assignment within the agreed time and complete scope.
