Worked as a Cyber driller at MODU Crew being in this Supervisor role & responsibilities related to this position such as: -Drill conductor hole, surface hole, and main hole. -Tripping drill string in /out. -Run and cement the casing string. -Install diverter systems and function test. -Perform additional drilling related operations such as drilling deviated hole, working stuck pipe fishing for lost drill string and assisting in testing of the well. -Direct and assist in other operations required to conduct drilling operations. -Use good well control procedures as outlined in the well control manual -Highly experienced in dealing with the problems of the disk brake. -Highly experienced in deviated drilling.• -Review all operational maintenance bulletins, communicate pertinent points to crew members and implement all directives as required. -Preplan operational-needs, organize equipment and supplies, conduct testing of critical equipment/systems as required, pre-inspect safety related issues and direct crews for operations.•conduct regular performance evaluations of personnel.
