Managing distribution lists and shared mailboxes to ensure appropriate access and configuration. Troubleshooting user-reported issues using remote desktop tools and following incident management protocols. Delivering high-quality customer service through effective communication and timely resolution. Collaborating with team members to meet SLAs and improve service quality.
Creating notes with reference to academic textbooks for Mathematics & Science. Making step-by-step solutions for questions from the textbooks. Preparing test questions and solutions. Checking/ moderating student solved test papers. Reviewing and correcting existing content for accuracy, grammar, syntax, before printing.
