Job Purpose: Assist in all service providing jobs and do all routine jobs as per define SOPs for best functioning and performance of plants systems of clients. • Sales & Services of Water Treatment Division. (RO & Filtration Division) • Arrange Team Management Activities for supporting team work. • Installation, Commissioning, Erection, Operation & Maintenance of RO & UF Plants. • Making reports after site visit installations plans as per Layouts, Drawing and Commissioning reports after completion of Installation and Commissioning work. • Providing Service and consultancy for Utilities such as Desalination Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Softeners and Deionization Plants. • Rise modification work after justification and approval from principal or higher management if require for better operation. • Having Capacity of making chemical of water treatment plant as per requirement. • Perform calibration of all instruments, testing & the water quality report. • Aware to work in safety compliance, standards and procedures • Technical supervision on uploading of Membrane Elements in Pressure Vessels, Exchange Resin and Multimedia Filters. • Plain CIP (Alkaline and Acidic) with Chemicals of RO Plants
• Looking 04 reverse osmosis plant & 01 ultra filtration plant. • Multimedia inspection, vessel inspection, cartridges houses inspection. • Chemical Tank Level Sensor. • Performed installation and commissioning of new equipment. • Maintains records, prepares reports. • Responsible for manufacturing and finishing Operations as well as engineering maintenance at site. • Responsible for smooth distribution of water supply of all production units. Achievements & Projects: Installation and Commissioning of R.0 plant (Aquamatch) 50,000 gallon. Installation and Commissioning of U.F plant 20,000 gallon. Installation and Commissioning of Condensate Recovery Pumps. Water Conservation from different company site.
•Responsible for preparation & execution of annual preventive maintenance schedule related to mechanical system. •Service, repair and maintenance of Positive displacement reciprocating and screw type compressor (ATLAS COPCO) and dryers in accordance with current regulations, manufacturer recommendations and industry standards. •Overhauling and maintenance of Centrifugal & positive displacement (screw/gear/vane/piston type) pumps. •Overhauling and maintenance of plate type & shell and tube heat exchangers. •Periodic Maintenance of Cooling Towers. •Service and maintenance of Trane chillers (200 Tons) and Saiver Air handling Units. •Service and maintenance of reverse Osmosis plant with water testing. •Looking of Cooling Tower.
• Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable water. • Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes. • Inspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps. • Conduct regular inspections of the physical plan. • Maintains all required records such as operating logs, chemical and repair part inventories, maintenance logs; distributes information to internal and external personnel. • Determine and maintain proper flow rates and in accordance with water consumption demand. • Collect water samples to be used by labs for water analysis testing for regulation compliance. • Performs minor corrective maintenance on plant equipment. • Performs other related duties required from time to time.
