• Led the site planning of Turnaround 2022 which included scheduling, resource planning, work packages development and budget stewardship. It was the biggest shutdown of EPCL having 4000+ jobs and a $8 Mn budget. • Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to prepare maintenance schedules and plan site outages, unplanned shutdowns and maintenance activities, • Conduct resource planning and forecasting by utilizing S-curves and manpower load charts for site shutdown and preventive maintenance activities. • Analyze schedule trends, determining risks, developing options for corrective action and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. • Utilize SAP PM module to prepare daily maintenance schedules, lookahead plans and ensure that assigned resources, budget and materials are loaded to work orders. • Develop detailed maintenance work-packages for effective scheduling of maintenance equipment and materials. • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to recommend lookahead and action plans. • Steward site safety, quality and reliability audits and assist execution interfaces in timely closure of all recommendations. • Track and monitor critical procurement list for major maintenance projects and turnaround to ensure timely delivery of spares and develop mitigation plan for unforeseen circumstances. • Monitor and analyze CAPEX and OPEX budgets ($6 Mn) to ensure compliance with departmental budgetary targets. • Develop, maintain and publish maintenance KPIs for continuous improvement and work alongside planning manager to identify opportunities for improvement
