Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and line changeover of sterile area equipment including vial wash sterilizer, high speed (Bausch Strobel) vail filler, capper and vial inspection (Eisai) machine, as well as high speed labeling and packaging line including cam and marchesini cartoner,bander,and casepacker.
Responsible for set up, size change of automated high speed tube and syrup filling and packaging lines including filling, capping, sleaver, labeling cartoning, bander and caspacking machine including repair and preventive maintenance. play lead role to organize and distribute the work load.
To maintain and troubleshooting automated injection machine (CD replication & DVD) , printing & finishing lines (CD,DVD GIMA), Koyoto, Sollas film wrapping, Langan cartooning Machine. Troubleshoot PLC problems as well as associated electrical problems up to 600 volts.
Troubleshooting and set-up of the packaging equipment, (vertical and horizontal form fill seal (Siebler, Bartel). Blister pack, liquid filling, tablet counter and filler, cartonner (Langan), case packer, palitizer), following GMP's and SOP's. Involvement in the installation and modification of the same. Facilitation of timely PM's and work orders involving the MP2 application.
Responsible for the day-to-day Repair, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of packaging machineries like shenkline shrink wrapper, Doboy high speed packaging machine, Oliver fold wrapper, including utilities like compressor, air conditioning, cold storage rooms, and electrical system.
