Responsibilities & Achievements; I was handling QA/QC Operating Expenses Budget, Kaizen and Loss elimination projects, Organizational Planning (Design, Succession planning, Review of measures and direction setting), and work plans for the organization. I was managing 10 major local suppliers while working for the site. My site activities involved (but not limited to) direct reporting of Site R&D and Packaging Mat’l experts. Through a comprehensive cost-saving approach, I successfully reduced the significant amount of cost and saved more than 1.8M$. I lead the Internal as well as External Quality Audits, Review and approve the Site validation masterplan, Owner of Site Process Control Strategy, Customer/Consumer complaints system owner, and conducted advanced QA pieces of training for organization building. I also contributed as a Project Manager for a complete transfer of Vicks Vaporub contract operations to a different pharmaceutical company. My Scope included Technical Packaging Development, Registration Transfer, Contract Finalization, Production Planning, Process and Laboratory Control Transfer, Facility Design, and Improvement of QA standards for the new site(s).
