Worked on several circular economy pilot projects.
Wrote my thesis about the diffusion of carsharing in European cities. My aim was to find urban factors that explain why carsharing flourishes in some cities but fails in others using advanced statistical models in R.
Together with a team of 5 student consultants from RSM, we developed a B2B business model in the solar PV sector. This included performing a market and competitor analysis, researching alternative business models and crafting a go-to-market plan.
Together with a team of 4 student consultants from the Erasmus University, we helped a store start up a webshop by investigating all logistical requirements.
