Led strategy, OKRs, and roadmapping for a team of 17+ individuals across engineering, product, design, research, and ops. Owned two different product lines, partner integrations, SDKs, and ML/AI analysis. Drove the 0-1 effort to build Sprig's Concept and Usability Testing product, which involved testing different concepts, launching a customer beta program, and maturing the product to a full rollout. Built out the product management, design, and user research functions as Sprig's first product hire, and directly managed one PM and one designer. Operationalized the product development process, strengthened cross-team collaboration with go-to-market functions, and created the team’s first career development framework. Notable launches include: Sprig's rebrand from UserLeap, Concept and Usability Testing, Segment and other partner integrations, revamping the core study creation flow (Questions, Audience pages), SDK improvements, and data management capabilities.
Founding product manager of Immerse, HEAVY.AI's visual analytics product. Managed the full product lifecycle including setting product strategy, roadmap development and prioritization, and delivery and iteration on released features. Drove $X M of new revenue through shipping interactive filtering workflows, new chart types, sessions and database switching, cohort analysis, dashboard management, annotations, and a new SQL Editor. Co-managed the frontend engineering team. Introduced new sprint and team planning strategies that increased developer output by 4x as the team doubled in size from 5 to 9 engineers. Directly managed the senior product designer for the team, collaborating closely for customer interviews, mockup iterations, and design handoff to the engineering team.
Product Specialist for the Friending/ People You May Know (PYMK), Notifications, and New People Experience teams. Shipped product improvements resulting in 20% of the team's quarterly top-line goal for friend accepts through analyzing user reports, leading ideation sessions, and prioritizing solutions with engineering. Shipped four filters on objectionable content (fake, suggestive accounts) on the PYMK product through sizing analysis, building consensus with cross-functional teams, and collaboration with PYMK's ranking engineers. Developed a quarter-long roadmap for transitioning Facebook's Notifications experience to Android Oreo. Partnered with data science to size and develop category mappings for 200+ top notification types, and worked with design to improve UX clarity. Led a quarterly Quality Week across 8 Core Growth teams, resulting in 200+ tasks completed each quarter to improve UX quality, code quality, and accessibility. Built program support from Growth leadership, and scaled impact through empowering IC engineers as team leads.
