Amplifying AWS's GenAI voice and driving demand for AWS generative AI services and workloads through the GenAIIC and AWS ProServe initiatives. Supporting the mission across four core pillars: GTM Activation and Events: Collaborating with product marketing to create strategic, high-visibility marketing content to drive GenAIIC awareness and adoption. GTM Acceleration: Developing content that accelerates GenAIIC offerings and partner opportunities, fueling demand for GenAIIC solutions across geographies. Executive Engagement and Programs: Strategically designing programs and messaging to engage executives with GenAI purchase-making authority. Internal Enablement: Spearheading GenAIIC-based initiatives and training sessions to deepen expertise for GenAIIC, partners, and AWS builders.
1. Talent Planning and Recruitment: Act as a strategic liaison between the AWS Tech U program and other key AWS business teams, such as Solutions Architect, Professional Services, Customer Solution Manager and Cloud Support Engineer teams. Leverage data-driven insights and strong cross-functional partnerships to support and influence the annual talent planning and recruitment process. 2. Talent Development: Manage and mentor high-performing cohorts of 35+ recent graduates, leveraging expertise in people leadership and career development, using coaching, feedback, training, and promotions to enable their growth. Maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings among the global team, as evidenced by a leading 4.94/5 CSAT score in the Tech U program. 3. Program Management: Audit and continuously optimise the delivery of Tech U programs, creating a closed-loop retrospective mechanism to evaluate program outcomes, report progress, and drive continuous improvement. Proactively manage key stakeholders, including program participants, cross-functional teams, and leadership, to ensure alignment and effective program delivery, regularly reporting on program metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. 4. Regional Impact: Work closely with regional field teams across APJC to identify new opportunities to scale and streamline talent recruitment and development pipelines. Leveraging data-driven insights and direct customer engagement, design, develop and deliver customised training programs tailored to the diverse learner personas in the APJC region, leading to a 158% YoY growth of the Tech U business.

As a Curriculum Advisor, Harry provides expert advice and support to acadmics in the development, implementation and evaluation of curricula. He works closely with Directors of Academic Programs, Academic Course Advisors and Unit Coordinators on new course/unit development and on major variations of courses and units. He works with the learning and teaching (L&T) teams to organise L&T trainings and workshops to improve teaching performance and the overall student satisfactions.

The Optus Macquarie University Cyber Security Hub (Hub) is a $10 million joint investment formed to promote a uniquely interdisciplinary approach to tackle real-world challenges in cyber security and enable explicit trust in the digital economy. The Cyber Security Hub works with on the vanguard of one of the most dynamic and growing challenges in our society today. The Education Program Architect works in this dynamic field while covering all faculties and disciplines, and forging relationships between the university and business and industry. For Macquarie University, this role forms a cornerstone in helping to progress one of the university’s overall strategic priorities. This role provides leadership in education, training and digital cyber upskilling programs for the Hub; particularly in the development, design and delivery of integrated programs and community outreach. The position is responsible for driving the best practice development of curriculum strategy and program delivery, ensuring the Hub’s programs reflect the multi-disciplinary nature of the Hub, Research themes and expertise, and are relevant, innovative, and of high quality.
As the Academic Director at SIBT, Harry leads the academic team of 8 permanent and 50 plus casual staff to design, develop and deliver Foundation and Diploma programs. The role collaborates with colleagues across the campus, the University and the broader Navitas shared services to constantly improve the student experience and academic outcomes, and to build a motivated and engaged team. The Academic Director also plays a key role on the SIBT Academic Board and in the campus Senior Management Team.
As a senior program convenor, Harry is in charge of Bachelor of ICT, Bachelor of Information Systems and Master of ICT programs at Sydney City Campus, Western Sydney University. He is responsible to the Academic Director and the Campus Principal for the management and conduct of teaching and learning of the programs. His duties include: Ensuring quality assurance and quality enhancement of the course Engaging with the Industry / Profession Facilitating, guiding and building the teaching team Managing the degree programs Providing recommendations on student enrolment and progression Providing advice to campus executive team on resource planning matters. His daily operational responsibilities are also to ensure that the units are: conducted in a manner that is consistent with the approved Learning Guides, conducted within the resources that are available, reviewed after every offering by reflecting on student and peer feedback for the purpose of improvement, modified, if appropriate, in response to its routine review, and conducted in accordance with University policies and procedures, particularly those related to assessment and the assurance of the achievement of student learning outcomes; in order that all students may have an effective learning experience and an equal opportunity to learn.
