Fulfills duties set forth by the hotel’s general manager Supervises department from fine dining and hotel accommodation. Checks the quality assurance for customer’s satisfaction. Motivates every employee to perform the best service.
• Assists the waiter with food and beverage service for the guests in one of the onboard dining rooms or restaurants. • Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. • Serves beverages to guests seated at tables or standing in various bars, cocktail lounges or special events throughout the vessel. • Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
