With a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation and performance to my role. With more than 15 years of experience in HR, I focus on training and development, talent management, organizational change and optimization. I started my career at Media Markt Nederland, where I managed the training cycle, developed strategic plans and supported the store directors in the challenging & dynamic Retail sector. As an HR Business Partner, I was the trusted advisor and partner of the management team, providing consultancy and guidance on HR policy, reward and performance management and digital transformation. As Head of HR at Vitol I work at the most rewarding company in the Netherlands and was able to bring the HR Department up to speed. Last but not least, as an HR Director of Toolstation Benelux I created a strong fundament to build further! I am passionate about creating a learning culture, driving organizational excellence and empowering employees to achieve their full potential. I am skilled in mentoring, coaching, data analytics and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams. I am also certified as a PI Analyst, a Stress and Burnout Coach and a Lifestyle Coach.
