Supported the marketing efforts of the entire university, including the individual departments as needed. This included brand awareness in the marketplace, such as print, outdoor, email marketing, social media, digital display, and radio. I was responsible for coordinating campaigns, media strategies, scheduling project tasks, and graphic design.
Oversee a graphic design department of 4 designers, including myself. We create exceptional marketing pieces for credit unions all across the country. Custom designs from start to finish. We have also been known to dabble in email marketing for our clients. I'm also am in charge of our IT wants and needs. I'm totally self-trained on this one. I've had to listen and learn over the years to techs who actually know what they are doing, all this to avoid long and frustrating phone calls.
