I am a multifaceted architect specializing in architecture, interior design, construction consulting, and project management, with certifications from MIT, Parsons, and PMI. For the past 14 years, I have led the Construction and Supervision Department at Solidere, The Lebanese Company for the Development and Reconstruction of Downtown Beirut. In this role, I have been responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing the highest standards of design and construction, overseeing projects from concept through to completion. I have collaborated with internationally acclaimed architects, ensuring that visionary designs are executed with precision, quality, and technical excellence. Additionally, I have directed the renovation and restoration of significant historic and contemporary buildings within the Beirut Central District, enhancing both their architectural and interior quality.

-Co-founded and led the Consultancy/QC and Supervision Department for projects in Beirut Central District, encompassing both historic buildings and new developments. -Reviewed, recommended, and approved specifications, technical data sheets (TDS), materials, construction/shop drawings, and mock-ups, ensuring the feasibility of execution details and strict adherence to applicable codes and standards in construction methods. Projects included luxury residential and commercial interior design and architecture. -Conducted site inspections and technical meetings with developers, consultants, contractors & technical controllers throughout the construction phases to ensure compliance with construction obligations and the district particular standards. Projects located within Beirut Central District. -Produced technical reviews, reports, and follow-up implementations pursuant to site inspections and related activities. -Directed the renovation and restoration of significant historic and contemporary buildings, including both architectural and interior aspects. -Developed and approved detailed specifications and restoration methods, identified construction deficiencies, and ensured adherence to quality and regulatory requirements. -Established guidelines and procedures for the quinquennial maintenance program for buildings in Beirut Central District, focusing on repair and renovation. -Coordinated with internationally renowned architecture firms and external consultancies and experts, including specialized quality monitors, façade consultants like Arup, and specific material providers, ensuring seamless integration of expertise. -Collaborated extensively with various departments within Solidere, including legal, contract administration, sales, and procurement, fostering synergies and effective cross-functional management.
