Plans and coordinates activities of the junior architect in performing the required tasks of the design projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of these projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and client requirements. Prepare project brief, conceptual design, schematic design, and detailed design. Develop solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule and project constraints. Assist the management to develop junior architects on the team. Provide knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of new technology and trends
Discussions with the client, data collection, and preparing briefs (Initiation and planning processes). Prepare sketches, plans, and 3d. Develop concept design, coordinate with other disciplines, check specific materials to be used, and taking into consideration gov authorities’ regulations.
