I am currently working as a Utilities Officer with strong expertise in Electrical and Electronics Maintenance, where I lead troubleshooting activities, manage store requisitions, ensure availability of equipment backups, and strictly follow LOTO and safety standards while maintaining departmental compliance. I have extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment, including encapsulation machines, compression machines, blenders, coating machines and coating pans, powder processing equipment, blister and strip packaging machines, collators, various lifting systems, blowing machines, filling, capping, and labelling machines, cartoners, case packers, plugging machines, powder filling systems, manufacturing vessels, liquid transfer pumps, de-slugging machines, and vacuum transfer systems. I am also experienced in handling RPM and recipe-based SCADA systems. In addition, I possess strong knowledge of different types of industrial liquid pumps, including peristaltic, centrifugal, and flexible impeller pumps. My technical skill set includes programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, servo drives, encoders, as well as working with electrical components such as contactors, relays, transformers, pneumatic systems, and IP actuators.
