As Program Manager, I worked to: - Develop strategic partnerships and drive collaborations with universities, online program management (OPM) and other education providers. Develop required processes and framework. - Oversee curriculum development on Learning Management System (LMS) for high-revenue licensing partnerships. - Create strategy, develop and execute events and workshops on digital skills and related topics specific to the tech industry. - Coordinate with Skills Union's academic, admissions, content and marketing teams to accomplish high-quality learning experiences for students.
- Key role in emergency response to Covid-19 - leading coordination of financial matters for the semester impacted by the pandemic, working on repatriation efforts for students abroad, and adapting programmes and policies for online or hybrid learning modalities. - Lead coordinator for inbound exchange and visiting student programmes, for up to 120 international students in a year. - Oversee outbound semester study abroad programmes and partnerships in Europe, UK, Africa, Latin America, as well as third party provider and multi-country semester study abroad programmes, for up to 200 study abroad students in a year. - Develop and conduct experiential learning programmes in collaboration with faculty and external partners; successfully completing three such programmes spanning Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. - Advise students on study abroad opportunities and professional development. - Develop new partnerships with higher education institutions. - Represent Yale-NUS College at international conferences and meetings. - Manage five summer scholarships for outbound summer study abroad programmes.
