I am Vincy, a graduate Computer Science student from City University of Hong Kong, passionate about harnessing technology to create innovative solutions. With a robust foundation in programming, I am equipped with a diverse array of technical skills, including expertise in web design, database management, software engineering and management. My proficiency spans various languages, with a particular affinity for Java, Python, C++, C#, html, css, JavaScript. What sets me apart is my hands-on experience gained through a 10-month internship in 2022-2023, where I thrived as both a backend developer and a meticulous tester across two departments. This invaluable opportunity not only honed my coding abilities but also provided me with insights into project management and software quality assurance in an actual workplace. My final year project is to develop a educational, game-based web application that is integrated with AI model, with the aim to empower senior secondary students with STEM-related knowledge. The framework used for my project is Flask, a lightweight Python framework ideal for scalable networks. In this project, I gained practical experience in full-stack web application development. Additionally, I deepened my understanding of effective UI/UX design and the data transmission between my web application and the SQL server, as well as creating three educational games using Unity. I am quick learner, who is able to catch up with the pace of the recent technology evolution.
