擁有超過20年的製作日本餐廳食物經驗,有着傳統日料工作基礎,亦同時開發不同創新日料食譜。曾參加2018年度日本政府舉辦之世界和食挑戰賽,得亞洲香港站冠軍並作為亞太區代表出賽東京舉辦的世界六强冠軍戰。擁有多個專業認可資格,於各介别日料餐廳為客人服務多年。Has more than 20 years of experience in making Japanese restaurant foods, has a traditional Japanese work basis, and has also developed different innovative Japanese food recipes. He has participated in the World Japanese Food Challenge held by the Japanese government in 2018, won the Asia Hong Kong championship and participated in the World Top Six Championships held in Tokyo as a representative of the Asia Pacific region. With many professional qualifications, he has served guests for many years in various Japanese restaurants.
