As a Foot Patrol Group (FPG) officer at the Public Transport Security Command (Transcom), I was required to patrol the public transport network to ensure its safety and security. As such, I have had frequent interactions with the public, which has helped me develop my communication skills. I also frequently attend and respond to incidents, where I have picked up conflict management and negotiations skills. At the end of my service, I received Silver for the Outstanding PNSF Award.

From March 2019 to August 2019, I was attached to the Digital Transformation Team at the Institutional Banking Group Operations (IBGO) department. My roles and responsibilities were: -Taking minutes of meetings -Preparation of PowerPoint decks for senior management reporting -Creating Excel sheets for data presentation -Preparation of logistics for workshops and meetings -Designing newsletters -Managing an Excel repository that overlooked the department's work processes From August 2019 to December 2019, I extended my internship and I was transferred to the Chatbot department as a website tester.
