1) Directly involved in manufacturing of car parts and vehicles. 2) Responsible for confirming quality and raise to team leaders for any abnormality or issue found. 3) Raise and implement improvement ideas on cars building process. 4) Follow standardised works to make sure all vehicles building at the highest quality and safety standard.
1) Undertaking basic problem-solving activities and escalating to the shift team where necessary. 2) Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions. 3) Clear jams and or blockages on the automated machinery. 4) Assist with general warehouse duties, including replenishment of cartons in the box erectors and lidding machines. 5) Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the Warehouse Team Leader. 6) Ensure personal compliance with PPE and personal & food hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts (e.g. T-shirts, joggers, trainers, etc.) - Correct discrepancies between physical counts and database records - Work with inbound and outbound operation team for stock movement, and provide assistance if necessary - Other tasks as assigned by the supervisors or manager when necessary.
