I Conducted calibration tests on laboratory equipment to assure that they are producing reliable data. I Documented calibration tests into the data system, and ensured that all test meters and probes are accurate and precise so that they pass the respective quality control tests assigned to them. I collected serial numbers and expiration dates of different types of laboratory materials, and I inputed the new information into the chemical inventory spreadsheet to update any incorrect labelling from old chemicals or laboratory materials that are no longer in use. I also certified that all of the reagent serial numbers are up to date and that there are no expired chemicals in active use in the laboratory. I collected data on water samples using various laboratory meters and probes, and I took the required safety precautions to ensure the safety of the user and others in the laboratory. I conducted quality control tests regularly throughout the water sample testing to ensure that the data being collected is reliable, accurate, and precise. I also constructed a spreadsheet in excel and input all data into the system for coworkers to access. I reviewed quality control tests to ensure that the data is reliable, and I uploaded data into a database for clients to review and comment. I also maintained a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the laboratory. I broke down and removed any unused boxes, and I sterilized beakers and sit them out to dry. I placed dried beakers into appropriate cabinets. I stocked shelves and cabinets when supplies run low.
