Led and managed sole source contract wins for the US Army Deployable Defensive Cyberspace Operations Systems-Modular version 2 (DDS-Mv2). - Responsible for a $30 million pipeline covering territories: US Army, USSOCOM, DHS and CDAO as well as international sales. - Developed and managed international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. - Manages all proposal responses, including those for FAR-based solicitations and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts, for assigned accounts. - Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement and production schedules align with customer expectations for delivery.
- Responsible for technical advisement of Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), Planning Orders (PLORD), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs) in support of Commandant Commands. - Leads Joint Planning Groups and Operational Teams (JPG/OPT), develop and integrate Department of Defense Information Network and defensive cyberspace capabilities into plans, support action officers with planning, and remain cognizant of missions and priorities. - Reviews drafts and provides advice and assistance to the Operational Planning Teams and Joint Planning Groups. Review plans to identify expressed or implied missions and responsibilities. Develop concepts of support, courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, coordinate, and document comprehensive plans. - Assists in planning, research, and analysis of DoD cyberspace policy, analysis of cyberspace events and operations, provide specialized expertise in such areas as Cyberspace Protection Teams employment, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysis, Targeting Process, and Exercise Planning. Provides subject matter expertise on current capabilities, emerging technology challenges and on-going development activities in the Offensive Cyber, Defensive Cyber, and Department of Defense Information Network Operations. -Developed cybersecurity capabilities in support of JCSE cyber initiatives to include evaluation, training, and operations. Develop and deliver cybersecurity training to JCSE personnel.
- Responsible for the Information Assurance (IA) program as stipulated by various US Government requirements including DCSA Authorization and Assessment Process Manual (DAAPM) / Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) as well as customer/contract specific Information Assurance (IA) regulations. - Security manager for several large collateral and Special Access Programs servicing contracts from business capture to stead state production. - Works with government agencies to track Cyber threat intelligence to understand intentions and provide technical security recommendations to the organization. - Conducts self-inspections, audit trail review, delivers information systems security education and awareness, and manages/mentors a team of 15 Information System Security Officers (ISSO). - Regularly writes facility and corporate security policy regulating classified processing and interfaces with government authorizing officials for approvals. - Manages the Cyber incident response program in collaboration with other departments across all security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.).
- Cyber Warfare Officer Lead for a 39 Soldier Cyber Protection Team (CPT) responsible for the employment of threat-focused, intelligence-driven Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) capabilities at all echelons supporting Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) to include Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM). - Led a Joint Chiefs initiative to establish the defensive cyber operations internal defense measures of the Joint Systems Integration Laboratory (JSIL) enclaves enabling Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) integration testing. - Responsible for management of DODIN Incident Response (IR) including specializations in Cloud and ICS/SCADA throughout the hunt, clear, hardening, and assessment operational phases. - Assembled and managed the Army’s quick reaction forensics fusion cell of over thirty DoD civilian and military service member SMEs in response to the SolarWinds supply chain breach. - Interfaces with managers and directors, local or regional network owners and Cyber Security Service Providers (CSSP) to advise and enable improvement of cyber health posture. *Mobilized Army Reservist in support of Operation Enduring Freedom assigned to the Cyber Protection Brigade, Army Cyber Command
