- Color matching for gelcoat and polyester. - Make polymerisation for new product stranfer (Emulsion, polyester, alkyd). - Reserch and develop new product. - Do the application testing for paint and new product. - Support QA&QC for testing and deliver product. - Support producttion control raw materials. - Support to resolve customer complain. - Control and maintain automatic reactor system. - Have knowledge and experience about equipment and machine in lab (NIR, MFFT, PARTICLE SIZE, LICO...) - Good relationship with another department. - Follow 5s and iso 9001.
