The journey of 8 years on the agency side and 4 years within a client environment has given me a comprehensive view of the marketing spectrum, from Above The Line (ATL) to Below The Line (BTL) initiatives. Four years at Prudential owning end‑to‑end process control for cross‑functional business activation programs. Our objectives are to take various actions to tailor customer experience across all touch points especially through digital channels, aiming to sustainable development. In the challenging business context of emerging Bancassurance market, it is required to deploy strategic partnership activities via accelerating engagement between PVA and bank partners to drive business goals; deliver customer campaigns; take lead in managing and enhancing Banca Customer journey and communication message appropriately. This role is required the one who is proactive in understanding business insight among parties; translate into business activation plan & take lead deployment to support Salesforce team for sales achievement. Key accountability: - Take lead and execute all business activation activities (Trip, Event, Activation, Branding & Campaign, People Engagement) on time in full to maximize sales productivity of Partnership Distribution. - Ensures collaborating with PVA relevant stakeholders to utilize the resources sufficiently and effectively. - Be responsible for effectiveness evaluation and innovation for business activation to reinforce engagement among parties in sales deployment.
Responsible for running the entire company 1. General management - Direct and manage the total daily activities of the departments according to the plan from the board of directors - Search for suppliers, partners, production units suitable for the company's requirements - Prepare periodic reports and campaigns - Monitor production costs, operating costs at the most appropriate level 2. Marketing - Propose ideas, coordinate with team members to plan brand promotion and sales - Track and support lower level staff in implementing daily advertising activities - Directly implementing international commodity export plans (E-commerce)
